When can I order some lures?

Here at Evobass we operate a drop system where our lures go on sale usually over a 24 hour period once every 1-3 months.

When can I order some apparel?

Our apparel will be available to order 24/7! The only time we will close the apparel shop is for our lure drops.

When will the next Store Opening/Drop be?

We aim to have a Shop Opening/ Drop every 1-3 months – Please follow us on social media and turn on post notifications. We notify customers at least 2 weeks before the next drop.

 

These drops usually occur on a Saturday at 7pm where all available stock is uploaded to the website giving everyone a fair shot at getting some of our lures.

Why are there so few Shop Openings/ Drops?

All of our lures are Handmade with a serious amount of time, effort and reasearch going into each and every step of the process a.k.a Blood, Sweat & Tears

 

For example our first Chromashift Colur – Spectre – took 9 months of constant tweaking and testing + multiple 70cm Bass before it finally went into production. That was just one colour.

 

Patience is greatly appreciated!

Lures

All of our orders are shipped using Irelands National Post Service – ‘An Post’. We offer economy untracked ‘Standard Shipping’ or tracked ‘Express Shipping’

 

Shipping Rates for our lures are based on weight.

 

Apparel

Depending on your country, apparel will be shipped tracked with a courier however sometimes your national postal service may be used.

 

Our Shipping Rates for Apparel are live rates ensuring you get the best deal.

 

Apparel orders are shipped from either the EU or UK depending on your domicile and product availability

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

Yes as soon as we receive your order a confirmation email will be sent to the email details you provided automatically. Once your order has been shipped you will receieve a second email confirming such and Tracking Numbers if Tracked Shipping was choosen at Checkout

**If not received please check your Spam folder as they can sometimes end up in there**

How Long will it take my order to arrive?

Lures

We dispatch all orders within 4 Business Days of receipt. Shipping estimates after dispatch are as below. Please note that these are only estimates and it can often take shorter/longer:

 

Ireland:  Standard 1-5 Business days                                       Express 1-3 Business Days

United Kingdom: Standard 1-4 Weeks                                     Express 3 Business Days – 2.5 Weeks

Europe: Standard 1-4 Weeks                                                      Express 4 Business Days – 2.5 Weeks

Rest of World: Standard 1-5 weeks                                          Express 1-3 Weeks

 

Apparel

Products can take between 2-5 days to be made/fulfilled whereby they will be shipped immediately once complete. Shipping estimates after dispatch are as below. Please note that these are only estimates and it can often take shorter/longer:

 

Ireland:  Flat Rate 2-6 Business Days      Express Please check delivery estimates at checkout

I am a UK Customer, how will Brexit affect this process?

Due to Brexit, any goods entering the UK from the EU have customs charges applied by HMRC:

 

ORDERS VALUED UNDER 135 GBP

 

UK VAT will be collected at checkout by us –  EVOBASS LURES and paid directly to HMRC through our Quarterly UK VAT return – This means you will receieve your Order as per normal due to the associated Import Charges and VAT having already being paid by us.

 

ORDERS VALUED OVER 135 GBP

 

The customer is responsible for paying HMRC any associated VAT and importation charges upon entry into the UK. The VAT will still be collected from us at Checkout and Immediately refunded to you once the order has been processed.

You guys don’t have to pay UK VAT – please select your respective domicile at checkout to avoid paying UK VAT.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

LURES & TACKLE

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products after receiving your order you have the right to return your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving. Items must be in the same unused/unopened state received – please contact us to organize the return address – once the goods have been returned to us and verified, we will refund the order amount to the payment method used. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the items are damaged or defective.

 

We can offer a refund or a replacement order for packages lost in transit.

 

We can cancel any order that has not been shipped yet and refund you the full amount.

 

 

APPAREL

We can offer a full refund or replacment order on any damaged or defective items.

 

We can offer you a refund/size exchange on any item of apparel – to start a return please contact us at [email protected] . Goods must be returned to us in an unused and unworn state with any tags/labels intact to be eligible for a refund/size exchange. We will not refund any return shipping costs and the customer is liable for the cost to reship the replacement goods if a size exchange is chosen. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
